3517 – Palm Valve
The 3517 is a small mechanical control head with a palm-sized button for switching the flow and transfer control in a pneumatic system to a different station.
The 3517 is compact, and is constructed entirely of bronze & stainless steel, and is only available in a 1/8″ NPT.
3604 / 3609 – Single Handle Four-Way Directional Pneumatic Control Head
The 3604 and 3609 controls are medium sized mechanical control heads with valves incorporated to allow for station transfer on multi-station pneumatic systems. The 3604 / 3609 has a handle to actuate and switch the flow and transfer control to a different station.
The 3604 / 3609 valves are constructed entirely of bronze & stainless steel, and are available in 1/8″ NPT and a 1/4″ NPT respectively. The photo shown is of a 3609.
4105 Single Direction Pneumatic Throttle Actuators & Positioners
The 4105 is a bronze and stainless steel throttle actuator, equipped with a rolling diaphragm for increased accuracy. The 4105 is meant for light duty applications, and is equipped with a maximum speed stop and idling stop.
The 4105 comes in variable pressure ranges, and has a maximum input pressure of 200 PSI (13.8 BAR) with a 1/4″ NPT
4107 – Single Direction Pneumatic Throttle Actuators & Positioners
The 4107 is a bronze and stainless steel throttle actuator, equipped with a manual override control to allow engine speed setting without air pressure. The 4105 comes equipped with an output rod that is adjustable with double lock nuts, typically meant for medium duty applications.
The 4107 comes in variable pressure ranges, and has a maximum input pressure of 200 PSI (13.8 BAR) with a 1/4″ NPT.
4108 – Single Direction Pneumatic Throttle Actuators & Positioners
The 4108 is a bronze and stainless steel throttle actuator, built with a large bore to provide force for controlling difficult throttle or governor levers. The 4108 comes equipped with an output rod that is adjustable to obtain a precise stroke, and is typically meant for heavy duty applications.
The 4108 comes in variable pressure ranges, and has a maximum input pressure of 200 PSI (13.8 BAR) with a 1/4″ NPT.
4204 – Double Acting Self-Centering Pneumatic Actuator
The 4204 is used for actuating hydraulic or mechanically actuated reverse reduction gear boxes. The 4204 are spring-centred, requiring only 2 control lines for engaging either forward or reverse clutch.
The 4204 is available in either a 2 direction position actuator at 10 to 80 PSI (.7 to 5.5 BAR), or a 3 position self-centering cylinder at 35 to 65 PSI (2.4 to 4.5 BAR)
4207 – Double Acting Self-Centering Pneumatic Actuator
The 4207 is used for actuating hydraulic or mechanically actuated reverse reduction gear boxes. The 4207 are spring-centred, requiring only 2 control lines for engaging either forward or reverse clutch.
The 4207 is available in either a 2 direction position actuator at 10 to 80 PSI (.7 to 5.5 BAR), or a 3 position self-centering cylinder at 25 to 55 PSI (1.7 to 3.8 BAR).
6501 Illuminated Electronic Control Head
he 6501 control head is a compact, stylish control head, typically used in scenarios where space and visibility are limited. The 6501 comes with illuminated position indicators, as well as multiple types of handles and coatings. The 6501 can be used in both Mighty Mariner and 6525 systems, and can be mounted on a panel allowing for switches between functions.
6503 – Mighty Mariner System Electronic Interface
The 6503 is a microprocessor unit, acting as the central processor for the Mighty Mariner electronic control system. The interface monitors all input information from control heads and switch panels, communicates to the control heads and sonalerts, operates clutch solenoids and the throttle signal for the engine.
The 6503 is programmed using dipswitches and trimpots and can incorporate up to 4 electronic control heads.
6504 Electronic Control Head
The 6504 electronic control head is a stylish yet robust control head, cast as one piece to allow for both handles and integrated waterproof switches that allow for steering and thruster controls to be included as part of the head’s functionality.
6505 Electronic Control Head
The 6505 is Kobelt’s most popular control, with a solid bronze and stainless steel construction and rugged feel. The 6505 is watertight, and is capable of being used in multiple control head configurations as part of a Mighty Mariner system or a 6525 system.
6506 – Side Mount Electronic Control
The 6506 side mount electronic control is a solid, single level control, ideal for single level clutch and throttle or any combination of CP propeller and trolling valve applications. The 6506 is equipped with adjustable friction, detent and two potentiometers, allowing for use of the second as a spare or backup, if required. The 6506 requires a 6507 Mode Selector unit to function.
