3009 – Shuttle Valve
The 3009 shuttle valve is constructed of die-cast silicon brass and stainless steel, capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees C to +90 degrees C. The pipe port size is 1/4″ NPT, the flow capacity is 1/4″ orifice equivalent, and the maximum operating pressure for pneumatic systems is 200 PSI (13.8 BAR).
3265 – High Pressure Regulating Valve
The 3265 valve allows for the controlling and lowering of pressure values. The 3265 is constructed of bronze & stainless steel to ensure solid performance, has a 1″ NPT and a maximum operating pressure of 600 PSI (41 BAR).
3325 / 3328 – Relay Valves, Normally Open
The 3325 and 3328 are normally open relay valves, used to sequence air flow based on pressure levels. This allows the designer to interlock control functions, or allow for time delays in reversing without damage to sensitive pneumatic or propulsion equipment. The 3325 has a single pilot-to-shift input, whereas the 3328 has two pilot inputs to permit pressure return of the spool.
3326 / 3327 – Relay Valves, Normally Closed
The 3326 and 3327 are normally closed relay valves, used to sequence air flow based on pressure levels. This allows the designer to interlock control functions, or allow for time delays in reversing without damage to sensitive pneumatic or propulsion equipment. The 3326 has a single pilot-to-shift input, whereas the 3327 has two pilot inputs to permit pressure return of the spool.
3329 Pilot Operated Pressure Compensating Relay Valve
The 3329 provides a large volume of air to clutches, brakes or cylinders with a small pilot control with a high degree of accuracy, providing 5/8″ full air flow. The pilot line can be controlled from multiple stations.
3403 / 3405 – Four-Way Air Pilot Directional Control Valve
The 3403 and 3405 are valves created to allow for station transfer on multi-station pneumatic systems. The 3403 / 3405 allow for pneumatic controls to leverage the functionality of various valves to switch the flow and transfer control to a different station.
The 3403 / 3405 valves are constructed entirely of bronze & stainless steel, and are available in 1/4″ NPT and a 1/2″ NPT respectively. The photo shown is of a 3403.
Time Delay & Interlock Units
Kobelt has designed and manufactured a number of custom built timing units, providing variable interlock control within a pneumatic system. These systems come in a number of configurations: Constant Timing, Variable Timing, Minimum Timing, Throttle Delay and Throttle Boost.
Please contact Kobelt or a Kobelt pneumatics specialty Partner to obtain specifications and available options on these systems.
